- New Zoo - Located on Biała Góra, near Lake Malta, the nearly 117-hectare Zoological Garden is a magnificent natural landscape that is a permanent feature of Poznań's panorama. The diverse forest terrain allows the animals living here to enjoy conditions similar to their natural habitat, while also making them more attractive to visitors. Over 40% of the species presented in the Poznań Zoological Garden are threatened with extinction on a global or local scale, and about 100 species are covered by the European Endangered Species Breeding Program. When walking around the zoo, it is worth stopping not only at the tigers, giraffes, rhinos, or monkeys, but also paying some attention to smaller and seemingly less interesting animals, such as the only Baviaan deer in Europe, anteaters, and the mysterious lemurs from Madagascar. As far as possible, the animals are exhibited in spacious enclosures, where conditions similar to their natural habitat have been created. The birds of prey, represented by more than twelve species, deserve special attention. The zoo also features animals rarely seen in Polish zoos, such as the white rhinoceros and the snow leopard, as well as the Nordic Animal Pavilion, the Insect Pavilion with a butterfly house, and the Elephant House, which opened in 2009.
- The Old Town and Ostrów Tumski - Poznań's Old Town is the historic heart of the city, with its central Market Square surrounded by colorful tenement houses and the Renaissance town hall, one of the symbols of the city. It is home to the Archcathedral of St. Peter and Paul, one of the oldest cathedrals in Poland, which houses the tombs of the first rulers. Both places combine rich history with a unique atmosphere, making them a must-see when visiting Poznań.
